What Happens on Closing Day?
Let’s talk about closing day home buying and keep this simple.

This is the day everything becomes real—you officially become a homeowner.
What Is Closing Day?
Closing day is when you sign all the final paperwork and take ownership of your home.
It’s the last step in the home buying process.
What Will You Sign?
You’ll review and sign documents related to your loan and the purchase of the home.
Don’t worry—we help walk you through what everything means.
Bring Your ID and Funds
You’ll need a valid ID and any required funds for closing. Most of the time funds need to be wired to the attorney’s office
Your lender or closing attorney will tell you the exact amount ahead of time and we always review the paperwork ahead of time with you so there are no surprises.
How Long Does It Take?
Most closings take about 30 minutes to an hour.
It’s usually simple and straightforward.
When Do You Get the Keys?
Once everything is signed and recorded, you get the keys to your new home.
This is the moment everyone looks forward to.
